Important Notes
- Urgent medicines: For emergency requirements inside Dhaka, call our hotline — we offer express delivery within [3–4 hours] for an additional charge of ৳[100].
- Cold-chain items: Insulin, injections, and other temperature-sensitive products are delivered in insulated packaging. Outside Dhaka, cold-chain items may have limited availability — our team will confirm before dispatch.
- Order tracking: You’ll receive an SMS with your order status at confirmation, dispatch, and delivery. You can also track orders from My Account → Orders.
- Failed delivery: If our rider can’t reach you, we’ll attempt delivery twice more and call you each time. After three failed attempts, the order is returned and any prepaid amount (minus delivery charge) is refunded.
- Delivery delays: During hartals, natural disasters, Eid rush, or other events beyond our control, deliveries may take longer than estimated. We’ll keep you informed.
